There are many common everyday items we use that are not available to those stationed abroad. Among the items listed on the flier (to view all, click link above): gum, body lotion, snack foods, books, cd’s, deodorant (for men & women), board games, and many more simple items. Money donations are also welcome.
Notices:
- Renewals are set for 6/24, 7/8, and 7/22 starting at 6:00 pm at the club house. If you are having gate card issues, you will be able to exchange your card at these meetings.
- New Automatic Gate: It’s been a long time in the making and it’s finally here. We now have an automatic opening entry gate at the main club entry. This will work the same with your existing card activating the opening mechanism. There is a delay so the gate will stay open for a little while, but we recommend everyone swiping their card on the way in to prevent the gate from closing. No more bumping the gate with your truck to push it open. That will damage the mechanism. I know that this seems obvious to most everyone, but it has already happened once. If you get to the ranch and don't have your card either go back home and get it or hop the fence and bum someone else's card. Don't hit the gate!! Colin Macdonald
- Upcoming Meetings: All the club meeting will be at the Ranch (Not be returning to the Horsemans club). 2nd Monthly meetings are being held on the 4th Wednesday of each month.
- Attend club meetings & win cash! In an effort to get more members out to regular club meetings, the Board has decided that a "President's Draw" will start at the meeting on 9/24. All Members will be automatically entered in the drawing and at the meeting the President will pull a name and call it out -- If you are at the meeting and your name is called, you win $50! If the member called out is NOT present, the $50 will go back into the pot for the next meeting.
- It is mandatory that you remove ALL of your trash when you leave the club -- there is no garbage service
- DeCal Works--MCMA BAckground and Numbers available NOW! Call sales at DeCal Works for more information
