RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS - (Short Version)
For a quicker renewal process bring all your paperwork to a meeting (see home page for location and time) completely filled out with your check for the dues.

1. Print the forms (3) from the links below.
2. Fill out paperwork and consider a gate duty date before the meeting.
3. Pay your dues, get your gate duty date, and your new card,
4. Go ride!

RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS (Detailed)

For a quicker renewal process bring all your paperwork to a meeting (see home page for location and time) completely filled out with your check for the dues.

1. Click on the links below (renewal app. form, waiver, and ranch rules) to print the forms needed. You must have all 3 forms to complete your renewal process. Extra forms will be available at the meetings.
2. Completely fill out all three forms before you come to the meeting to renew. You should also consider when would be a good time for you to do your gate duty, a second choice date for gate duty is advised. Determine the type of Membership you qualify for, to determine the amount of your dues
3. At the meeting you must find where renewals are being done and get in line. When it is your turn you can ask any questions you might have regarding your renewal. Let the people helping you know if you have a new address. Choose your final Gate duty date, pay your apropraite amout of dues, and any fines you owe for not standing your gate duty of doing your 2 work parties. After you finish all the paperwork processing, be sure to get your new card, and confirm your gate duty on the card.
