MARIN COUNTY MOTORCYCLE ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP WAIVER AND RELEASE SINCE ALL MOTORCYCLE RIDING IS DANGEROUS WE REQUIRE ALL RIDERS AND VISITORS TO ASSUME ALL RISK BY SIGNING THIS GENERAL RELEASE. In consideration of the use of the premises, the undersigned, for himself and personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the Marin County Motorcycle Association, the promoters, the owners or lessees of the Gambonini Ranch, the participants, and Marin County Motorcycle Association officers, directors, officials, representatives, agents, and employees or all of them. The undersigned, for himself and personal representatives, assigned, heirs and next of kin hereby releases, waives, all losses, claims and demands that may accrue from loss, damage, or injury (including death) to our persons or property, in any way resulting from or arising in connection with the use of the Gambonini Ranch, and whether arising while engaged in competition or in practice or preparing therefore, or while utilizing the Ranch on a "non-event" day for general riding use, or while upon, entering or departing from said premises, from any cause whatsoever, whether caused by the negligence of the above named persons or otherwise. We know the risk and danger to ourselves and property while upon said premises or while participating or assisting in said event, so voluntary and ibreliance, upon our own judgment and ability, and we thereby assume all risk or loss, damage or injury (including death) to ourselves and our property from any cause whatsoever.
